How do I book?

For classes, you can simply click on the ‘timetable’ page on our website and follow the instructions to book and pay for your chosen class. If you have an existing account with us, you can book classes by clicking ‘My Account’ and logging in.

For personal training sessions, please contact us directly via email: info@pilates-people.co.uk

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour’s notice will not be refunded. For full terms & conditions, please click here.

What can I expect from my first session?

For classes, we kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early, so that you can meet your instructor, and have a short studio induction before the class begins.

For personal training sessions, you will be met by your instructor who will take the time to discuss with you your background and goals. You will then be shown the studio and guided through a workout that compliment your goals.

How do I pay?

Payments must be made in advance. You can pay via the booking system or arrange payment by emailing info@pilates-people.co.uk

How do I manage my class(es) / membership(s)?

You can manage your classes and memberships via the ‘My Account’ section on our website or via our Momence booking system directly: https://momence.com/sign-in

Your account allows you to purchase and cancel any classes or memberships, but any upgrades/downgrades or amendments must be done by contacting us directly via email: info@pilates-people.co.uk

What do I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in, like leggings or jogging bottoms and a vest top or t-shirt. We kindly ask that you bring a pair a sock, and we recommend wearing sock with grip on the bottom.

Do I need to bring anything?

If you are attending classes at our studio, we have all necessary equipment. However, feel free to bring your own if you would prefer.

For online classes we often use props, which can be purchased, but we encourage utilising any alternatives you may already have at home. For example, using bottled water or tins instead of dumbbells.
