I have been coming to Pilates for just over 1 year. I absolutely love every class I do. I am grateful for the extensive knowledge and experience that all instructors have, and the ‘boutique’ feel to the smaller classes keeps your technique on track, you really get the most out of Pilates if you are doing it properly! Thank you to all of you for everything, especially for helping me work towards my goals physically every week.
I love my classes at The Pilates People! Jane and Laura are highly qualified instructors, and their classes are easy to follow and are perfectly pitched for the level they are aimed at. I find the classes fun, welcoming and feel that they have made a real difference to my health and fitness. I love that I can be challenged physically and mentally during a class but then walk out feeling warm, relaxed, and more comfortable than when I came in. I would come every day if I could.

I’m a professional musician who suffered a Brachial Neuritis injury in September 2014, almost certainly because of holding my instrument for decades. The subsequent sensation of weakness has been permanent, and my wife suggested I try Pilates to help strengthen my body. I’ve seen Jane and Laura either in-person or online every week since, without fail. Their knowledge and experience are second to none, as is the level of care and understanding with clients. Quite simply, I wouldn’t still be earning a living from music without them, and I can’t recommend both the concept of Pilates and this company highly enough.
The Pilates People is a lovely community to belong to. I really enjoy the class I go to; I’ve never known an hour to pass so quickly, and I feel completely energised after the class and my body feels far less achy.
