Meet our Instructors

Laura Firth

With a background in dance, Laura’s passion for movement is reflected in her teaching. Her focus on the mind and body element to movement helps to increase body awareness, alignment, and build strength, improve flexibility, and posture. So that you can move well and feel great.

Jane Linden-Brown

Jane is a highly qualified Pilates instructor, certified Personal Trainer, and Somatic Movement coach. With over 17 years of teaching experience, she brings a heartfelt, and genuine sense of care to her teaching.

Jane Howarth

Jane’s creative twist to Pilates ensures that you not only move well, feel great, develop length/strength through control and concentration, but also build resilience to developing injuries through daily life – creating strength inside out.

Kelly Watts

Kelly is a mindfulness coach who is committed to a regular practice of mindfulness. Her sessions will guide you through a mindfulness mediation where you can become more familiar with your mind, thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgement.

Lynne Ellis

After practising Pilates for 15 years, and loving it so much, Lynne decided to qualify as mat Pilates instructor in 2015. In 2020 she took a further qualification with APPI as a clinical Pilates instructor and recently trained as a reformer instructor.
